NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 11th day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 009441, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP. is the Plaintiff and CARL SCOTT; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, N.A; ROSEMARY B. SCOTT A/K/A ROSEMARY SCOTT; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell the property to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 at, 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
