BOOK 1012, PAGE 658, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 72 AND 73, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 12, PAGES 158 AND 159, AND CONDOMINIUM BOOK 13, PAGES 27 AND 28, AND ANY FURTHER AMENDMENTS, OF THE PUBLIC RECORD OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
