NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed _April 12__, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 004885, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. ONEWEST BANK, FSB is Plaintiff and JORGE L. BORDONES; XIMENA PRIETO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; RIVER PLACE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 94, RIVER PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 42, AT PAGE 173, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
