NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure dated November 23, 2010 and entered in Case No. 41-2008-CA-008767 of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST 2005-4 is Plaintiff and MIGUEL VILLA; HUMBELINA VILLA; JOHN DOE OR ANY OTHER PARTY IN POSSESSION are the Defendants, the clerk of court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the www.manatee.realforeclose.com. in Manatee County, Florida, at 11:00 am/pm on the 22 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
