NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment entered in the above styled Case that I will sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
Unit 83 of Park Acres, a Condominium, Section II, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 614, Page 520 through 534, and all amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 4, Pages 14 and 15, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder for cash in Manatee County at 11:00 a.m. on the 5th day of July, 2011 VIA THE INTERNET: www.manatee.realforeclose.com. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
