NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 19, 2011, entered in Case No. 2010CA8746 of the Circuit Court in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein LORRAINE MAXINE PEATON as Personal Representative of the Estate of Lavonne B. Parker; and individually; and VALERIE BROWN, are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Manatee County, via online sale accessed through the Clerk's Website at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on June 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
Legal: LOT 35 OF STONE CREEK AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 159 THROUGH 161, ET SEQ., OF TH PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
NOTICE: ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
