NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order on Motion to Ratify Final Summary Judgment to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated May 18, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 41-2009-CA-011768 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and CAROLYN R. DYSON; CHRISTOPHER T. DYSON; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STONEYBROOK AT HERITAGE HARBOUR COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; HERITAGE HARBOUR MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 06/28/2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
