NOTICE is hereby given that the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 24th day of June, 2011, at 11:00 o'clock A.M at the Foreclosure sales conducted on internet: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Manatee County, Florida:
UNIT 222, OF THE TERRACES AT WILD OAK BAY, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND PORTECTIVE COVENANTS THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 978, PAGES 4 THROUGH 77, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 72, 73, AND 74, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
