notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 18, 2011, and entered in Case No. 07-01545 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which The Bank of New York as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWBS, Inc. Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-im3, is the Plaintiff and Nancy Tatiana Pastor, Sadi Omar Vila, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., The Preserve at the Shores at Berkshire Lakes Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor , Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 20th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit 1903, Phase 19, the preserve at the shores at berkshire lakes, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official RecordS Book 2594, Page 1409; and any amendments thereof, together with an undivided interest in the common elements declared in said Declaration of Condominium to be an appurtenance to the above described unit; said instruments being recorded and said land situate, lying and being in Collier County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
