notice is hereby given Pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 24, 2011, and entered in Case No.: 10-6975-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida wherein Plaintiff, RBC BANK, successor by merger to COMMUNITY BANK OF NAPLES, N.A., and BEACON LANE, LLC, a Florida limited liability company, KENNETH J. RIHA, Individually, CATHERINE RIHA, Individually, HORSESHOE SQUARE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described in the final judgment or order to-wit:
Unit No. 211, Horseshoe Square, a Condominium, together with the prorate interest the Common Elements and Common Property of the Condominium and Limited Common Elements appurtenant thereto, more particularly delineated and identified in the Declaration of Condominium of Horseshoe Square, a condominium, as recorded in Official Records Book 2659, Page 724, et, seq., Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 2685 Horseshoe Dr S STE 211, Naples, FL 34104. The Real Property tax identification number is 50960000129.
The sale will be conducted at 11:00 o'clock a.m. on June 23, 2011 at the Courthouse Annex of the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East First Floor, Atrium, Naples, Florida 34112, and the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
This notice shall be published in the Gulf Coast Business Review.
