NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 22, 2011 and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-001495 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is the Plaintiff and FRANCES A. SMITH FENTON A/K/A FRANCES A. FENTON A/K/A FRANCES ANNETTE SMITH; WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; STERLING OAKS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION AND CLUB, INC.; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 20 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 18, TRACT E, STERLING OAKS, PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 5 THROUGH 20, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
