NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 19, 2011 and entered in Case NO. 11-2009-CA-008115 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS FOR MASTR ASSET SECURITIZATION TRUST 2004-3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES, 2004-3, is the Plaintiff and DAN C SULLIVAN A/K/A DANIEL C SULLIVAN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAN C SULLIVAN A/K/A DANIEL C SULLIVAN N/K/A JODY SULLIVAN; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES TWO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; EMERALD LAKES RESIDENT'S ASSOCIATION, INC; are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 20 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT M-202, THE VILLAGES AT EMERALD LAKES TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1641, PAGES 1036 THROUGH 1122, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
