notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated May 19, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-009316 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Quoc H. Nguyen and Quyen H. Nguyen are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE Atrium ON THE 1st Floor AT the Collier County Courthouse, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 A.M., June 20, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 6, BUILDING 9, BRIAR LANDING AT THE ENCLAVE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4022, PAGE 2050, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4025, PAGE 1900, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
