notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 22, 2010 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 23, 2011, entered in Civil Case No.: 09-01024-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES LLC, Plaintiff, and HELENA A. FINE; IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A JAN PAUL ANTONMATTEL AND JANE DOE N/K/A LAURIE ANTONMATTEL, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on the 20 day of June, 2011, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50 IMPERIAL GOLF ESTATES PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE(S) 61 THROUGH 64, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
