Notice OF SALE is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25 day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-8741 CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RBC BANK (USA) is the Plaintiff and BOHICA, LLC, et al are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on June 22, 2011, at 11:00 a.m. at the Collier County Courthouse, Atrium 1st Floor Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, for the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 5, Block 11, Horrs Island, also known as Key Marco, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Page 5 through 19, of the public records of Collier County, Florida.
Said land situate, lying and being in Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
