NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 25, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-05041 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein WACHOVIA MORTGAGE, FSB n/k/a WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and FRANK CASALE, LISA C. CASALE, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. and INDIGO LAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium of the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East in Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 o'clock A.M. on June 22, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 156, Indigo Lakes Unit Three, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 35, Pages 11 and 12, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
