NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 25th day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-005069, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and SUSAN D. MATHEWS A/K/A SUSAN MATHEWS, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., FALLING WATERS BEACH RESORT IV, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SUSAN D. MATHEWS A/K/A SUSAN MATHEWS N/K/A SUSAN MATHEWS and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 2213, FALLING WATERS BEACH RESORT IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FOR FALLING WATERS BEACH RESORT IV, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2490, PAGES 2530 THROUGH 2642, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE GARAGE NO. 2213, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO
