Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-10764--J of County Court, of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Culbreath Key Bayside Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL CONLON and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL CONLON are Defendants, the below-described property will be sold to the highest and best bidder for cash: in Room 201/202 of the Hillsborough County Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, George Edgecomb Courthouse, Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 pm, on the 24 day of June, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel Unit No. 8-216, Culbreath Key Bayside Condominium, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 14118, Page 1940 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. the street address of which is 5000 Culbreath Key Way #8-216 Tampa, FL 33611.
