BEGINNING 595 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, RUN WEST 100 FEET, THENCE NORTH 415.6 FEET, THENCE EAST 100 FEET, THENCE SOUTH 415.6 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN 1971 HOMET MOBILE HOME IDENTIFIED AS VIN NUMBER MF2674E AND TITLE NUMBER 4366614.
and commonly known as: 13114 Gore Road, Rover, FL 33527, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602., on June 23, 2011, at 2:00 P.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
