NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2011 and entered in Case No. 10-ca-013430-C, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein EGYPT LAKE BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ANTHONY DELPRIORE AND GERALDINE J. DELPRIORE are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 27 day of June, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit No. 103, Building B, EGYPT LAKE BEACH CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 4916, Page 438, as amended, and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 9, Page 75, both of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
