NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2009, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-022494, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. INDYMAC FEDERAL BANK, F.S.B. (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and TEZE JACKSON A/K/A TEZE R. JACKSON; LEONARD JACKSON, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, at 10:00 a.m., on the 27 day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 2, OF CENTRAL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 14, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
