Unit No. 12 of HERONMERE, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 1298 at Page 1223, et seq., of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; and any amendments thereto; together with an undivided interest in and to those common elements appurtenant to said unit in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that Declaration of Condominium; the street address of which is: 5050 Marsh Field Road Sarasota, FL 34235.
