Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 16, 2011, entered in the above-styled Case Number 2011 CC 000537 NC in the County Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that I will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida described as:
An undivided 1/51st interest in and to Condominium Unit(s) 236 and its (their) undivided respective share in those common elements appertaining thereto in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, terms, restrictions and other provisions of a certain Declaration of Condominium of SUNTIDE ISLAND BEACH CLUB CONDOMINIUM, SECTION I, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1427, Pages 1674 thru 1754, amended in O.R. Book 1442, Pages 1141 thru 1143, amended in O.R. Book 1494, Pages 1577 thru 1580 and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 16, Pages 18 and 18A thru 18C, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH the exclusive right to occupy the aforesaid unit during Unit Week No. 40 and week no. 41, it being agreed and understood by purchasers herein that all other weeks of each year are assigned to owners of other undivided interests in the above mentioned unit(s) or to the owners association.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on June 20, 2011. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to five percent (5%) of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court. Final Payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
