NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 017752 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and CHERYL L VAN HOESEN A/K/A CHERYL L VANHOESEN, FOREST LAKES VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHERYL L VAN HOESEN A/K/A CHERYL L VANHOESEN N/K/A CHERYL L VANHOESEN, PAGE K WOLFER A/K/A F/K/A PAGE KOEHLER REED and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 206, BUILDING 2, FOREST LAKES VILLAGE, SECTION ONE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 979, PAGE 1435, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 16 AND 16A, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA, COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
