Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Ex-Parte Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale which was entered May 17, 2011 in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida; I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 810, OF PARK LAKE AT PARSONS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16007, PAGE 1415, THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 314 Lake Parsons Green #205, Brandon, FL 33511, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602., on June 28, 2011, at 2:00 P.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
