NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of May, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008 CA 001370 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and KAREN A. MARLO A/K/A KAREN ANN MARLO, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., EARL NEIMOTH A/K/A EARL NIEMOTH and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 13th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK D, REVISED PLAT OF OAK PARK SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 215, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
