CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARION E. FLAHERTY,

TO: any UNKNOWN TENANTS, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MARION E. FLAHERTY, in regards to the following described property in Sarasota County, Florida:
“Unit 13, Greenview Villas I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condminium as recorded in Official Record Book 1538, Page 1485, and Amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 19, Pages 22 through 22D, and Amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.”
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a claim of lien foreclosure action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on SHARON S. VANDER WULP, ESQUIRE, the Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is: 712 Shamrock Blvd., Venice, FL 34293, on or before the 20th day of June, 2011 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
