Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Lot 3, of Flint Lake Estates Subdivision, according to map or plat thereof, as Recorded in Plat Book 113, at Page 92 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
This has an address of 10914 Flint Estates Drive, Thonotosassa, FL 33592.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Second Floor, Rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, at 2:00 P.M., on September 13th, 2011.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
