NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Forelosure dated May 19, 2011 in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on June 30, 2011, at 2:00 pm, at 2nd Floor, Rm. 201/202 of George E. Edgecomb Courthouse - 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602 for the following described property:
LOTS 3, 4 AND 5, BLOCK 62, OF REVISED MAP MACFARLANE'S ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
