NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 09-31905-CC-H, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HEATHER LAKES AT BRANDON COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and JEROME D. ELLIOTTT AND PATRICIA M. ELLIOTT, and UNKNOWN TENANT are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 24 day of June, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, in Block 2, of Heather Lakes Unit XIV A, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 62, Page 32 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
