NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 5, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-008767, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is Plaintiff and HECTOR GOMEZ; EDITH Z. GOMEZ; CYPRESSWOOD AT LIVE OAK PRESERVE ASSOCIATION, INC.; JANE DOE N/K/A VALARIE AUSTIN; JOHN DOE N/K/A KYLE AUSTIN, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 2nd FLOOR OF THE GEORGE EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida at 2:00 pm, on the 27th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 15, BLOCK 14, OF LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 1C VILLAGES 3/4/5/6, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 99, PAGE 17 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
