NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure Including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs dated Thursday, February 3, 2011, entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-021089 Division G, RF - Section II of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein 7 BAY TRADERS TRUST, LLC is the Plaintiff and JERRY D. SALYER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JERRY D. SALYER, IF MARRIED; CITY OF TAMPA; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the Hillsborough County Courthouse, George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202, 2:00 PM, on June 30, 2011, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure including Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs, to-wit:
Lot 7, and the North 16.67 feet of Lot 8, Block “K”, MAP OF SONOMA HEIGHTS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 12, at Page 59, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Property Address: 10109 Florence Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33612.
