The administration of the estate of Konrad Fehringer, deceased, File No. 2011 CP , is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is Probate Division, 2000 Main Street, Sarasota, FL 34237. The estate is testate and the date of the decedent's will and any codicils are December 2, 2004. Any person entitled to exempt property is required to file a petition for determination of exempt property WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW OR THE RIGHT TO EXEMPT PROPERTY IS DEEMED WAIVED. Any person entitled to elective share is required to file an election to take elective share WITHIN THE TIME PROVIDED BY LAW.
