NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the “Final Summary or Default Judgment on Amended Verified Complaint,” and the “Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure
Sale,” entered in the above-styled action in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, the Clerk of Sarasota County will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, as described below at a Public Sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on June 22, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.:
Lots 21 and 23, Block 24, PLAT OF SARASOTA, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book A, Page 30, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, LESS the portion thereof conveyed to the City of Sarasota in O.R. Book 1978, Page 995;
TOGETHER WITH the adjacent ½ of the alley vacated by Resolution recorded in O.R. Book 1068, Page 1592, all of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
