Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered on May 19, 2011, in Case No. 2010 CA 011161 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit for Sarasota County, Florida, in which Stearns Bank, N.A. is Plaintiff, and Dennis B. Baker, Individually, and Dennis B. Baker, as Trustee, et al., are Defendants, I, Karen E. Rushing, will sell at public sale the following described real property:
A parcel of land lying in of Sections 21 and 28, Township 39 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida, described as flows: Commence at the Southwest corner of Section 21,Township 39 South, Range 20 East, Sarasota County, Florida (DNR Certified Corner Record # 4517); thence N.0329'57”E.,along the West line of said Section 21, a distance of 808.54 feet to the point on the Easterly Right of Way line of West River Road (State Road No. 777 - 100 feet wide); thence S.3647'47” E., along said Easterly Right of Way line, a distance of 1850.26 feet; thence S.3939'32”E., a distance of 134.95 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue along said Easterly Right of Way line the next three courses and distances: (1) S.3939'32”E., a distance of 65.30 feet; (2) S.3647'47”E., a distance of 100.00 feet; (3) S.3356'02”E., a distance of 84.88 feet; thence N.5312'13”E., leaving said Easterly Right of Way line, a distance of 1474.23 feet to the mean high water line of the Myakka River; thence N.4525'08”W., along said mean high water line, a distance of 252.86 feet; thence S.5312;13”W., a distance of 1435.34 feet the POINT OF BEGINNING.
