NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2011, and entered in 2008 CA 021026 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff and LEO L JENSEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEO L JENSEN, VENICE PALMS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC,, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SANDRA FREEDMAN, UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9AM on June 13, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 125, VENICE PALMS, PHASE II, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
