NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-10717 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CIT SMALL BUSINESS LENDING CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, is the Plaintiff and L & W AUTO BODY INC, a Florida corporation; MARK WALL; STERLING FUNDING, LLC., a Florida Limited Liability Company, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court Clerk of this Court shall sell the mortgaged property at public sale at 10:00 a.m. on the June 30th, 2011, to the highest bidder or bidders for in Room 202 in the Main Courthouse located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Judgment, to wit:

As well as: All of the following property whether now owned or hereafter acquired and wheresoever located as well as the proceeds and products thereof: all equipment and machinery, including power-driven machinery and equipment, leasehold improvements, fixtures and furniture, now owned and hereafter acquired, together with all replacements thereof, all attachments, accessories, parts, equipment and tools belonging thereto or for use in connection therewith. All inventory, raw materials, work in progress and supplies now owned or hereinafter acquired. All chattel paper, instruments, and general intangibles now in force or hereafter acquired. All accounts, deposit accounts and health care receivables now outstanding or hereafter arising.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
