NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, on June 28, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, rooms 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The legal description of the property being sold is described as:
