NOTICE OF PUBLIC AUCTION
Notice is hereby given that on June 14, 2011at 9:00 a.m. at Mass Automotive Services, 1051 N Washington Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34236 the following vehicle will be sold for $1323.92 to satisfy labor services, repairs, and storage charges on: 2005 Chrysler VIN# 2C8GM48LX5R422975. Pursuant to F.S. #713.585 the cash amount of $1323.92 would be sufficient to redeem the vehicle from the lienor. Any interested party has a right to a hearing prior to the sale by filling a demand for the hearing with the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Sarasota County and mailing copies of the same to all owners and lienors. The owner has a right to recover possession of the vehicle by posting bond pursuant to F.S. #559.917 and if sold any proceeds remaining from the sale will be deposited with the Clerk of Circuit Court for disposition.
