NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2011 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-000263 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein INVESTOPS, LLC, a California limited liability company, Plaintiff, and PRIME ACCEPTANCE CORPORATION, an Illinois corporation, as Defendant.
The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on the 27th day of June, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 23, block 195, of 6th addition to port charlotte subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in plat book 11, pages 34, 34a through 34g, of the public records of sarasota county, florida.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
