Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment dated May 12, 2011, and entered into Civil Court Action 10-00867-Division F in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which DANIEL VOELKER and VALARIE VOELKER, HUSBAND AND WIFE, are the Plaintiffs, and NATASHA NICOLE MONTALVO, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for case at the 2nd Floor, rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602, in Hillsborough County, Florida, beginning at 2:00 PM on June 23rd 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Order which is:
Lot 22, Block 33, of JOHN H. DREW'S SUBDIVISION OF NORTH-WEST TAMPA, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Pages 73, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 3005 - W. Douglas St. Tampa, FL 33607.
ANY LIENHOLDER CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES
