NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2011 and Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated May 19, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-005284 NC of the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. and on the 15TH day of JULY, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
THE EAST 163 FEET OF THE WEST 982.50 FEET OF THE SOUTH 321.25 FEET OF THE NORTH 621.0 FEET OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH:
AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE NORTH 23 FEET OF A PARCEL OF LAND KNOWN AS JOHNSON LANE MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
