Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 715.109, Florida Statutes, and the NOTICE of Right to Reclaim Abandoned Property served on Clyde Bywaters on or about April 23, 2011 and served on Frank and Anne Oddo on or about May 2, 2011 (said parties being the only known parties who may have an ownership interest in the personal property described below),. William Hurt, as trustee of the William J. Hurt Living Trust and Jo-Anne Hurt , collectively the owner of 114 Corporation Way, Venice, Florida 34285, will sell the following described property:
Personal property abandoned at 114 Corporation Way, Venice, Florida 34285 on or about October 20, 2009, pertaining to the business known as County Plumbing LLC, more particularly described as follows:
Hardware store/ plumbing supply inventory including but not limited to: Plumbing products, piping, electrical wiring, switches, bulbs, screws, nuts, bolts, car care products, yard tools, irrigation, hand tools and tool bits, hinges, pulleys, metal and wood shelving, key machine with key blanks, [Hy-Ko Promatic 100 (serial # 1885 model 100)] painting supplies, pipe threading machine, [Rigid 300 model 300A (serial # 0002769)] brass fittings, signs, truck tires, tubing, rope, tool boxes, business office equipment, credit card machine, clips, clamps, fasteners, door hardware, building products, sinks, toilet parts, hoses, handles, ballast resistors, faucets and parts, sandpaper, chains, roto rooter coils, panel boxes, scrap metal, truck rack, and miscellaneous items of unknown use.
At public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash at 114 Corporation Way, Venice, Florida 34285 at 10:00 am on June 18, 2011 which date is at least ten days from the first publication of this notice, and at least five days from the last publication of this notice.
