NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 25, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-19813 DIV B UCN: 292009CA019813XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATE-CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2007-HY7C MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-HY7C is Plaintiff and KRISTIN E. FULLENWIDER; sara ariel scanio; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 6th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:

BEGIN AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 38, MELANIE MANOR SUBDIVISION; THENCE ALONG THE SOUTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 38, NORTH 89 DEGREES 50'49” WEST, 30.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 36° 13'38” EAST, 16.70 FEET TO A POINT ON A CURVE, CONCAVE TO THE EAST; THENCE NORTHEASTERLY, 87.82 FEET ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE, HAVING A RADIUS OF 7679.94 FEET AND A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 00 DEGREE 39'19” (CHORD BEARING AND DISTANCE, NORTH 02°28'25” EAST, 87.82 FEET) TO THE NORTH BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 38; THENCE ALONG SAID NORTH BOUNDARY, SOUTH 89 DEGREES 50'48” EAST, 16.59 FEET TO THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 38; THENCE ALONG SAID EAST BOUNDARY, SOUTH 00 DEGREE 08'06” WEST, 101.25 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
