NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 23, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-34991-CC-I, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BRENTWOOD HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DENNIS J. GALLAGHER and KAREN GALLAGHER are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 2:00 p.m. at George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 1st day of July, 2011 the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 26, Block 4, Brentwood Hills Tract D/E, Unit 1, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 79, Page 40, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
