NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 2, 2011, and entered in Case No. 2010-CC-014699-K, of the County Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein South Bay Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Tara Gonzalez and Wilfriedo Gonzalez are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, Room 202, 800 East Twiggs Street, Tampa, FL 33602 on the 1st day of July, 2011, at 2:00 p.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 51, Block 2, SOUTH BAY LAKES - UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page 124 through 131 inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
