Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered by the Court on May 26, 2011, in Case No.: 09-CA-4020 in the Circuit Court of for the Thirteenth Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S Bank National Association, is Plaintiff and Eduardo J. Gonzalez-Acosta, Damaris Certet, Bella Vista Association, Inc., John Doe and Jane Doe as unknown tenants in possession, are Defendants, on July 7th, 2011, at 10:00 a.m., I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the at the Hillsborough County Courthouse, 800 E. Twiggs Street, 2nd Floor, Tampa, Florida 33602, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
Lot 40, Block B, RAWLS ROAD SUBDIVISION PHASE I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 92, PAge 42, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

The “highest bidder” for purposes of this Notice of Sale, is defined as the party who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the property and who completes the sale in a timely fashion, as hereinafter set out. The one who bids the largest amount of money to purchase the property shall be permitted to complete the sale by delivering to the Clerk, the balance of such bid, over and above the deposit, by 4:00 p.m. on the following business day of sale.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
