NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2011, entered in Case No. 09-CA-11328 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CENTRAL MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINE DARWIN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTINE DARWIN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; ATLANTIC CERDIT & FINANCE, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at 2:00 P.M., on August 3, 2011, the following described property, as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 5, AND SOUTH 1/2 OF VACATED ALLEY ABUTTING ON THE NORTH, MAP OF EL CERRO 1ST ADDITION TO WEST TAMPA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
