Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:

Parcel 2:

Parcel 3:
The North 50 feet of Lot 25, BROADWAY SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 28, at Page 11, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

The South 50 feet of Lot 25, BROADWAY SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 28, at Page 11, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Second Floor, Rooms 202 in the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida, at 2:00 P.M., on August 18th, 2011.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
