Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on May 25, 2010, in Case No. 10-CA-018534, in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the GEORGE E. EDGECOMB BUILDING, ROOM 201/202, located at 800 EAST TWIGGS STREET, in TAMPA, Florida, on June 27, 2011, at the hour of 2 P.M., the property described as follows:

All tangible personal property, intangible personal property and fixtures described in the subject Loan Documents including, but not limited to: that certain Mortgage and Absolute Assignment of Rents recorded on August 6, 1998, in the Official Records of Hillsborough County, Florida in Book 9174, Page 0353; that certain Mortgage Modification and Future Advance Agreement recorded on November 28, 2000, in the Official Records of Hillsborough County, Florida in Book 10484, Page 0203; that certain Modification and Extension of Mortgage and Notice of Future Advance recorded on October 19, 2004, in the Official Records of Hillsborough County, Florida in Book 14323, Page 0750; that certain Modification of Mortgage recorded on August 31, 2006, in the Official Records of Hillsborough County, Florida in Book 16898, Page 1507; that certain Collateral Assignment of Proceeds and Agreement Rights dated on or about November 17, 2000.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
